In partnership with Carte Blanche (Volterra), Frati Ribeiro (Madeira), LZK (Madrid), Parodi & Partners (Paris), the Erasmus + research project coordinated by the Théâtre de l’Opprimé Brussels) and the Université Lumière Lyon 2, our objective is to propose a guide to good practices for the conduct of live performance festivals for the use of professional learning.

The approach is based on field observations, interviews with teams in charge of festivals in order to identify the specificities linked to the strategic positioning of each structure, the recurrent methodological elements and to understand the sources of organizational improvement.

The investigation focuses on current practices and the vision of their future (within three years) to ensure the sustainability and development of the festival.
